A recognized qualification for vocational trainers means
1) a degree in a vocational education or training college, or
2) a teacher’s degree and at least 2 years experience in practicing the trade or
3) having at least 5 years of practical experience in the trade, and having passed an additional vocational trainer course of at least 1 month of duration.
