These are the guidelines of the MoLPS&HRD on the recruitment of national/local staff working in NGO Sector. These guidelines and policy are part of the MoLPS&HRD mandate to protect the rights of the workers and employers. The Guidelines are providing practical steps and requirements for the recruitment of workers in the NGOs sector and also how to conduct recruitment processes based on legal principles. They help and guide all those involved and concerned with the NGOs, National and State Ministries and relevant government institutions.

The expectation is that these Guidelines will provide an effective learning experience and reference resource for all NGOs, National and State Ministries and relevant Government institutions, in recruiting NGO staff.
